Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Group said it has allotted 1.23 lakh shares to its employees on January 31, 2010 under employees stock option scheme (ESOP).
"The company has allotted 1.23 lakh shares of Rs 10 a piece to its employees pursuant to the employees stock option scheme," Reliance Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
