Fifth largest smart phone brand

It comes as no surprise that Reliance is now a front-runner as it has recently seized a seven percent share in the market. This achievement has established LYF as the fifth largest smart phone brand and the second largest 4G LTE provider in the country. Reliance has also made it half-way through by knocking out incumbent operators with its high-speed data services even much before the final launch. The company is most likely to experience a successful phase in the coming quarters with customers rapidly subscribing to its services.

Exponentially growing business empire

Reliance Chairman, Mukesh Ambani besides being the richest man in the country also has several ventures to his name in the oil, retail as well as media segment. He also influences the content industry in the country to a large extent and owns media properties like Network 18. The emergence of this large-scale business empire is often attributed to his legendary father, the late Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani.

Jio’s network has highly benefitted from the collaboration with Anil Ambani’s Reliance Communications for a spectrum-sharing deal. The company aims to offer unparalleled data services, and Jio Wallet is one among the many applications that the company recently launched. This app is now available on both Android as well as iOS platforms.
